Center Township is the CENTER SQUARE of Marion County (Indianapolis). The boundaries are South side 38th street, the East side of Belmont Avenue, the West side of Emerson Avenue, and the North side of Troy Avenue. If your address is outside of Center Township, you will have to apply for assistance in your home township.
